Modeled on the successful Axon Fellows program from the REBALANCE-HF trial, the CABANA-HF Fellows Program empowers cardiology and electrophysiology fellows at each participating site to serve as site champions. Fellows play an integral role in screening, enrolling, and following patients—gaining invaluable hands-on clinical trial experience alongside world-class investigators.
